Visual Identity of the school

Destiny of future generation is now being shaped in classrooms. We believe in it and it is no more rhetoric. Level of prosperity, welfare and security of the people are now determined by the standard of education that the new generation receives. The founders of the school envisage an entirely new system of education, which would help the horizontal and vertical growth of the school and overall growth of the children. Management simply means the practical measures which we take to ensure that the system of work we use will be of the greatest possible assistance in carrying out our aims and of the greatest possible benefits to our children. So the visual identity of the school would be the expression used for the manner in which school presents itself in print and other physical forms.

The salient features of Shathi Al Noor

The founders of the school believe that school is a wonderful edifice resting on the foundations of good will, good will of the public, good will of the parents and the good will of the pupils.
The following are the salient features of our school.
1. Flexibility in school management.
2. Principle of Democratic administration.
3. Efficient use of school machinery.
4. Judicious use of money.
5. Target fixing.
6. Periodic checking.
7. Scientific collection of data.

School management should be fluid. Adaptability, Stability and flexibility are really facets of the same thing. A school must have these three characteristics if it is to achieve its purposes and at the same time give due regard to all persons immediately or remotely concerned. A fluid system believes in evolution rather than revolution. It is quite evident from our personal experiences that the administration demands new techniques which are new challenges to the old and rigid and dogmatic practices. The principle of sharing responsibilities helps administration machinery to decentralize the system, and help power to trickle down to the grass root level.

Scope of the school management:

The scope of the school management covers the following.
1. Intellectual development of the child.
2. Moral development of the child.
3. Social development of the child.
4. Physical development of the child.
5. Aesthetic development of the child.
6. National and emotional integration of the child.
We believe that school is a spiritual organism with distinctive personality of its own, and it is a vibrant community centre radiating life and energy all around.
